Notes:
- The team switched the appearance of the neck this season. No longer is the often-mocked "Little Orphan Annie" collar of the previous two Adidas seasons used, now the colored section stops further back on the shoulder.
- The regular season jerseys typically have 1 19-20 or 2 19-20 written in the neck to denote the set. Some jerseys may not have the writing in the neck, particularly if they were not on the roster to begin the set. Some players wore a set 3 jersey throughout the year to switch for 3rd periods in games (Toews, Keith, Maata). They also have serial numbered set tags with the Indian Head wearing a face mask in the rear hem.
- The annual fan convention was not held in 2020 due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. The jerseys were sold via various game worn groups.
- The Team's set 1 jerseys were worn until around Jan 1. Set 2 was worn through the end of the Covid-abbreviated regular season, then worn in the "bubble" playoff games in Edmonton. No playoff set was worn.
- The Hawks wore the Global Series Czech Republic patch for their initial regular season game in Prague vs Philadelphia on October 4, 2019. A 4-3 loss to the Flyers. This was a new set of jerseys, only worn for this game and was sold by the team. Of note, Crawford, Toews and Keith switched jerseys every period. Only one of these jerseys were sold, the other two were recycled. All other players only wore one jersey during the game.
- Unlike when the Hawks played in Global Series games in 2009, the patch was only worn for the regular season game and not for the exhibition game played overseas in Germany. The jerseys worn in that game were used in the other preseason games and used for set 1.
- The Hawks wore a set of the black alternates at four home games, These jerseys are identical to the jerseys worn in 18-19 except for no Mikita patch. Worn: 11-29-19 vs Colorado, 12-2-19 vs St Louis, 1-21- 20 vs Florida. and 3-3-20 vs Anaheim. A few players (Toews, Keith, Maata) who liked to wear a dry jersey for the third period in games had a second jersey made up with the Winter Classic patch removed from the shoulder. The glue from the patch is easily seen on these shirts.
- The white set 2 jerseys featured a small pocket sewn into the rear-right shoulder of the jerseys in order to hold the player sensors that the league introduced in 19-20. The Hawks only wore the sensors for one game, Feb 25, 2020 at St Louis. The tracking devices are more widely used in the 20-21 season. Since the shoulders are double material, the "pocket" is just the 2 layers of material sewn together in a rectangular shape and they just cut a slit to insert & remove the sensor. Note that the sensors are removed after every game when the jerseys are washed. The red set 2 jerseys did not have the pockets sewn in as they never wore the sensors at home.
- In previous years, Hawks goalies typically wore 3 jerseys per color all season, but 19-20, that changed. Lehner did not change between periods so he only had a set 1 & 2 in each color and one alt. Crawford had six of each jersey (not Alts.) Sets 1-3 had sleeve alterations were the sleeves were taken up by the shoulder/armpit, these were basically for the first half of the year. You can tell because the sleeve numbers appear very high in regard to the tomahawks. Sets 4-6 had the sleeve altered down by the upper sleeve stripe - on those, the sleeve numbers are closer to the stripe. Those were worn in the 2nd part of the season and the bubble. On the Alts, Set 3 had the shoulder/armpit alteration while Set 1 & 2 had the stripe alteration.

Note that no patch was worn in the exhibition game against Berlin.
Note the higher and lower placement of the numbers on Crawford's jerseys due to the customization he had done for the 19-20 season.
