- The 63-64 white jerseys were the first set to feature two black stripes around the red stripe on the sleeves with the black still at the cuff.
- Examples of both chain-stitched and embroidered tommies have been found on jerseys dated to this season by the crest/stripe combo
- The one example known of a red jersey has red handled tomahawks. The Hull photo below seems to have the correct white-stoned tommies.
- Gunzo's tagging appears in the red jersey pictured here. A size tag and washing instructions are also found on the tag. Note that Gunzo's opened in 1963, The white Esposito pictured does not have Gunzo's tagging, just the Olympic tagging with the size tag.
- This is the last season of the larger crest.
- These jerseys were likely recycled for practice and training camps.
