Notes:
- All NHL teams wore a Stanley Cup 100th (SC100) Anniversary patch.
- The first set of jerseys worn were recycled from 91-92 and have the remnants of the 91-92 75th patch visible behind the SC100 patch, in essence a ring of glue which is visible around the SC100 patch. This and for the surrounding 2 years is referred to as a ‘glue set’, since the remnant of the previous year’s patch is visible. The team recycled jerseys regularly from 90-94 until the Ultrafil jerseys were no longer used. Some jerseys have evidence of multiple patches removed.
- A second set was worn starting in early January 93 that was not a glue set.
- Another set was used for the quick playoff exit to the Blues.
- Extra jerseys seem to have been made up for use of higher end players and possibly sold out of the back door. These exhibit very light wear.
- Team Letters of Authenticity (LOAs) were issued with the jerseys when sold. These LOA’s were signed by Bob Pulford.
- Starting in 92-93 and continuing to 02-03, the Hawks LOA's contained the phrasing "This letter certifies that your jersey is an authentic game jersey issued to...". This phrasing has caused quite a bit of confusion to collectors as a Game Issued jersey is considered to be a jersey made up by the team, but not worn by the player. In this case, the Blackhawks are not using this phrasing in that manner, they are simply stating this is the jersey they gave to the player to use. The term Game Issued was likely not even known to whomever wrote the letter template. All the letters in this era contained this phrasing, so a 30+ repair jersey had it as well as a light wear jersey worn once.
- Some older jerseys with the pinhead crest and higher numbers were used on occasion.
- This set was initially sold at a team sale in the parking lot of the United Center in the summer of 93.
- The Hawks played the Canadians in London for two preseason games in September 1992 and each team wore a Molson Challenge patch. The Hawks 'won' the Challenge Cup, the patches however were removed after the games. Patches have recently (2022) surfaced on eBay of all places, confirming that they were removed after the game.
