Notes
- The 1961-62 jerseys had a few variations from the 60-61 jerseys.
- The 62-63 jerseys seem to be very similar to the 61-62 jerseys.
- The shoulder tommies were embroidered, rather than chain stitched. They would go back to chain stitching in 64-65. Some examples are also found in 63-64, but not on all jerseys.
- The red jerseys went back to one color numbers.
- The red jerseys now featured just one black stripe on the sleeves and two white stripes. Previous versions had 2 black and three white.
- The white jerseys continued to feature space between the black and red stripes in the sleeve and the black forearm. These are referred to as the 2 stripe white jerseys.
- The only tagging known to be in the jerseys is an Olympic Sporting Goods tag and a size in the neck. If other tagging is found, please pass along a photo.
- These jerseys were likely recycled for practice and training camps.

Pilote with the 2 white stripe jersey. Note the C on the opposite side than where you see it today, and it is 2 color, where the sleeve numbers are one color.
