Notes:
- As of the end of the 22-23 season, the only game worn jersey from this year which has been released was a red set 3 Toews that had the Hossa jersey retirement patch added to it and worn in the pregame skate on Nov 20th. It was auctioned off after the game. The team was to wear a special Hossa jersey for that pregame skate, but the jerseys were not ready in time. So the team added the patch to the backup set and used them instead. Since Toews typically wears 3jerseys per game, one of his regular rotation jerseys was used and has since been photomatched to games earlier in the season. The Hossa jerseys that did not arrive in time were included in the auction if you won a patched jersey from the auction.
- The Hawks wore a Reverse Retro jersey again for select games in the 22-23 season, referred to as RR 2.0. It is a barberpole-type jersey with CHICAGO across the chest and the primary Indian-head logo on the shoulder. These jerseys were not anything previously worn by the team, but drew upon their barberpole-past. The Chicago font is similar to the Chicago Theater marquee.
- The team wore one set of the RR 2.0's in five games. They debuted on Nov 19, 2022 in Boston. The remaining four games were all in Chicago: Nov 25 vs Mtl, Dec 18 vs NYR, Jan 8 vs CGY and Jan 12 vs Colorado.
- The team wore an additional set of RR 2.0's during the pregame skate of the Jan 12 game vs Colorado and these were auctioned off. At least one of these jerseys was worn during the game by backup goalie Stauber as determined by photomatching. The remaining jerseys were all just worn for the skate per team sources.
- The auctioned jerseys had the Blackhawks Authentics holographic sticker put inside the fight strap of the jerseys which were numbered and corresponded to their authentication webpage.
- The jersey material for 22-23 is known as Primegreen, made from recycled materials in an effort to 'go green'. The Primegreen tagging is screened in the neck and there is a small "End Plastic Waste" tag sewn on the rear hem.
- No alternate jerseys besides the RR 2.0's were worn in 22-23.
- Late in the season, some of the pregame skate jerseys started to come with generic letters referring you to the Blackhawks Authentication website that also contained a holographic sticker with a number matching the one found inside the fight strap. While the letter itself contains no pertinent information, this could potentially be how the game worn jerseys are handled once determined.
- The distribution of these jerseys is TBD .
- It should be noted, Bobby Hull passed away on Jan 30, 2023. Unlike with Mikita and Esposito, the team did not wear a Hull memorial patch on their jerseys.
- APR24 Update - Jerseys still have not yet been made available, however they have shown up on the Blackhawks Authentics database. https://www.nhl.com/blackhawks/fans/authentics

Generic letter that came with later-season pregame skate jerseys auctioned from the team. They do now contain a hologram sticker that corresponds to the one in the jersey's fightstrap, but are otherwise devoid of any useful information.
